After your initial 15 minute consultation you can expect the following treatment flow:

Determine the Therapeutic Model and Process
Therapy can be short-term to long-term depending on the client’s needs. Individual therapy sessions are typically 50-minutes in length. The frequency and duration of these sessions can be tailored based on client progress to ensure a personalized therapeutic journey.
Intake Session and Rapport Building
During the initial 1-2 sessions, Ashlyn will gather information on client's current state, mental health background, family history, strengths, weaknesses, and treatment objectives. Together we will refine these goals and I will recommend treatment models to guide progress.

Collaboratively Devise
a Treatment Plan
In subsequent sessions, we will work together to pursue your therapeutic goals and develop a comprehensive treatment plan. Throughout this process, Ashlyn will introduce various theories, interventions, and skills to empower you in shaping your treatment objectives.
